Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Llwyngwril Gallery website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.
Terms and Conditions may from time to time be changed without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery Information
Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Items will be shipped when the order is complete.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original order. Any item returned must be in its original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item(s) returned meeting the above conditions. If the original purchase was by cheque, a refund cheque will be sent to the mailing address your provide. Please return the item to Llwyngwril Gallery, The Church Room, Llwyngwril, Gwynedd, LL37 2JB along with your proof of purchase and a letter stating the fault with your item.
Payment Options
Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. However, personal cheques can also be sent. Please allow additional delivery time for cheque processing.
